WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW!

Each bride is allocated 90 minutes to enjoy a relaxed shopping experience with a SoHo stylist. You may or may not use the full hour and a half, but we want you to try as many gowns as you like, and never feel rushed.

We respect your time so please respect ours, if you are unable to attend your appointment please let us know as soon as possible.

Please note: SoHo is located in the loft of a warehouse, the staircase to our boutique is difficult to navigate with a pram or wheelchair.

PARKING ON RUTLAND STREET IS LIMITED SO PLEASE ALLOW AN EXTRA 5-10 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT. IF YOU PARK BEHIND SOHO BRIDE VIA HAMPTON STREET, TELL THE PARKING ATTENDANT YOU'RE VISITING SOHO BRIDE AND THE $5 FEE WILL BE WAIVED.



WHAT ARE THE COSTS?

A $30 fee applies to first time appointments and is refundable against the purchase of a gown. We offer Sunday appointments for those who cant make any other day. The cost of a Sunday appointment is $50.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN I BRING?

Our boutique is spacious and can accomodate large groups comfortably. Having said this, lots of people (and opinions) can become overwhelming for the bride and her big decision. Bring along your most supportive and honest team members. 3-5 (including the bride-to-be) is a good number.

WHEN SHOULD I START LOOKING FOR MY DRESS?

We recommend starting your search 8-12 months from your wedding date and making a commitment to "the one" 6 to 8 months before your big day. If your wedding is more than 18 months away, it's probably best to hold off on making an appointment.

DO YOU CATER FOR RUSH ORDERS?

Most of our brands DO offer a rush order option. A fee usually applies and can vary depending on the brand and time frame. Remember, we're here to help in any way we can.

Some brands may have selected styles and sizes in stock, so it's always worth asking the question. We also have a range of sample sale and bridesmaid styles (available in ivory as bridal), to purchase off the rack.

WHAT SIZES DO YOU STOCK AND HOW DO YOU SELECT MY SIZE?

We cater for petite to curvy sizes and have a range of samples in selected sizes. Our experienced stylists fit you into our sample dresses and order your gown based on how the sample fits and your measurements.

DO I NEED ALTERATIONS?

To achieve that perfect fit, we offer alterations in store as part of our complete service. Once your gown arrives with us, we will be in touch to arrange your complimentary fitting appointments. Alterations are an additional cost, these will all be discussed during your initial consultations.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

Its handy to bring along nude undergarments and any accessories or shoes that you might already have (but certainly not essential). Apart from this, make sure you have your A-team and an open mind.

WHAT'S A TRUNK SHOW?

A Trunk Show is a special event, when a brand sends us a selection of gowns that we don’t usually stock, for brides to view. A show usually lasts one or two weeks and appointments are limited. Updates on Trunk Shows are announced on our instagram page and website.

WHAT IS THE PRICE RANGE OF YOUR GOWNS?

$2,000 - $5,000.

We also have a range of sample sale and bridesmaid styles (available in ivory as bridal), for under $1,000.

WILL I FIND ACCESSORIES AND VIELS IN STORE?

Absolutely! We’ve carefully selected our favourite designers to bring you a range of accessories and veils which compliment our gowns.
