** All of our dresses are made with extra fabric in the seam, to allow for alterations. If you are unsure of your size, order one size larger than your normal dress size and have it altered to fit perfectly. **
1. Within 28 days of purchase;
2. Unworn and unused with the original tags still attached; and
3. In the original packaging which must be in the original condition.
4. Faulty and/or not as described upon ordering.
If your item matches all of these conditions, you can return it.
If your item is faulty
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect, please contact our Customer Service team, so they can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as swiftly as possible. Please note that we'll need a photo or two showing the defect/fault, which will speed up the returns process for you.
Returning items with hygiene seals
Items sealed for hygiene reasons can only be returned if the seal is intact (unless deemed faulty). So make sure you love your purchase before you tear into it! This includes jewellery & watches, swimwear, underwear, hair accessories and beauty & grooming products.
You are responsible for safely packaging your return to ensure we receive the items in tip-top condition.
If you are returning shoes
Please place them in the original branded shoebox they came in, and place this inside the SoHo postage box. If you are missing the SoHo postage box, you can use a similar sized box or a plastic satchel.
The branded box is just as important as the shoes themselves, so please do not alter it in any way - e.g. do not attach shipping forms, tape or mark the box. Doing so can result in your return being rejected.
We are unable to accept shoes returned with scratched or dirty soles. We advise that when you try on your new shoes for the first time you do wear socks and test them out on carpet, just in case!
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the policy has not been adhered to.
Can I return sale items?
Yes, you can return sale items unless stated otherwise (subject to the Australian Consumer Law). We will always let you know if a particular sale or promotion excludes returns.

Here's how we refund - if you paid via:
Credit Card or PayPal: Your refund will be credited into the same account your payment came from.
Part Credit Card, part voucher: The amount you paid with credit card will be credited back into the same account, and we will reissue you with a new voucher.
Refund Process Time
We'll email you updates throughout the returns process but just in case, here's how it works.
Returns take 2-5 business days to reach our warehouse. Once received, your return request will be processed within 1-3 business days. For refunds, please note that your financial institution may need an extra 3-5 business days to clear the funds back into your account.
Enjoy free registered postage on all orders over $100 (or just $7.20 for orders under $100). All costs are in Australian dollars. Please allow 5-6 business days for registered postage. Alternatively, you can select premium express post, for a fast next day delivery.
Once your order has been posted, you’ll receive an email containing tracking details on how to follow your order’s journey to your door.
Production times vary for each designer. We will keep you updated on the progress of your order as it is being made.
Signing for deliveries
To make sure your order safely reaches you, a signature is required upon delivery. However, you may choose to have your parcel left without a signature (e.g. on your front porch). We’ll ask you to select your preferences at checkout. If no one is present to receive your parcel, a notice will be left at your address with alternative delivery or pick-up options.
SoHo delivers worldwide, postage costs vary from country to country. Your cost will be displayed during checkout, before you complete payment and confirm your order.
DETAILS: A delicate headpiece that has been entirely hand beaded and hand embroidered. The headpiece is adorned in semi-precious stones and beads. The headpiece is secured by a cotton ribbon that can be tied at the nape of the neck.
Our samples have been tried on in the loft. They're in good condition and made from the finest materials.
